FACS 460:
INTERIOR DESIGN IV
Downtown:
mixed use project

During this semester long project for my capstone in the Interior Design Program at Liberty University, I was tasked with developing the design for a mixed-use urban in-fill project in downtown Lynchburg, VA. I was required to research the site of the project in Downtown Lynchburg for zoning information and any needs that would benefit the area. This research would then guide me to a decision for the various uses of the building based on what was needed and allowed by the zoning ordinance of Downtown Lynchburg. The project also required me to demonstrate each step in the design process to show the progression.
